KaraokeKanta is a karaoke music player. The program, itself, doesn't include songs, but on the developers' website you can find some songs. After you have downloaded karaoke or midi songs, you have to import them into KaraokeKanta in order to be played. The easiest way to import songs is by dragging and dropping them into the KaraokeKanta user interface (only .kar and .mid files are supported). The program includes a language selector for your music. All imported songs are alphabetically arranged by artist, and then by song title. The program automatically assigns a code number for each song in the library. When a song is being played, it shows the word that comes next in red, and what you have to sing in green. You can record your voice, change the tune of the song with the "key" sliding bar, and increase or decrease the song speed with the “Speed” sliding bar. You can select which MIDI channels will be played. Other configurable options: you can adjust the syllable start, change font, font size and colors, adjust the window size, and change the image background. Version 4.0 is the free version of KaraokeKanta, which never expires.
